Jersey Mike’s was named the country’s Fastest-growing Sandwich Chain in the 2019 Nation’s Restaurant News Top 200, and #1 Most Admired Fast-casual Brand in QSR’s 2019 Reader’s Choice Awards.
Its menu features a selection of hot sandwiches, such as beef and chicken cheese steaks, and cold sandwiches, done up “Mike’s Way,” with onions, lettuce, tomato, red wine vinegar, olive oil and spices.
Wyckoff is the fourth Bergen County location operated by Fritts and Korman. It's also the first free standing Jersey Mike's restaurant in Northern New Jersey.
“At Jersey Mike’s, we believe service to our community goes beyond our store walls and we could not think of a better way to kick off the Grand Opening of our fourth Bergen County location than by partnering with the Hyman family and The CAM Foundation,” Fritts said. “The resilience and the strength of the Hyman family is inspiring to not only the town of Wyckoff but to the greater Jersey Mike's community. We hope this small contribution goes a long way.”
The CAM Foundation was founded by Wyckoff residents Rob and Christina Hyman in honor of their daughter Cam who was diagnosed with Sanfilippo Syndrome a rare autosomal recessive lysosomal storage disease that primarily affects the brain and spinal cord almost two years ago.
The organization was created to help fund ongoing research and educate others about Sanfilippo Syndrome while also supporting families affected by this rare disease.
