Rt. 17 Ramp Closed After Beer-Carrying Tractor-Trailer Tips
Cases and beer and kegs were strewn all over the ground, police said.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — The ramp to Route 17 North at Route 3 East in Rutherford was closed for hours Wednesday due to a tractor-trailer overturning and spilling beer all over the highway, authorities said.
The 53-foot-long tractor-trailer tipped over on the ramp and cases and beer and kegs were strewn all over the ground, said Rutherford Police Chief John Russo.
"It is common for tractor-trailers to tip at that ramp," Russo said.
