PHOTOS: Mary J. Blige's Mansion Still For Sale 2 Years Later
The 18,000-square-foot mansion hit the market for $13 million. It is now listed at $7 million.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Mary J. Blige has dropped the price of her 18,000-square-foot property significantly since putting it on the market two years ago.
The 4-acre Saddle River estate features a high-end chef's kitchen, two dining rooms, three fireplaces, a library, wine cellar, screening room, indoor basketball court, sauna, steam room and a gym. The master bedroom suite has an espresso station and his-and-her bathrooms.
Blige purchased the home in 2008 for $12.3 million. It was built in 2007. Property taxes are about $15,000 a month, but there is a pending tax appeal against the property, according to its Realtor.com listing.
