WYCKOFF, N.J. — A program outlining ways parents can support raising their children in a healthy household will be at the YMCA Oct. 13, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
A panel of experts from the Valley Health System will speak about exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress management and other topics.
Janet Brancato, a registered dietician, will answer questions and speak with attendees.
