Ramapo Indian Hills School Calendar 2018-19: First Day Of School

WYCKOFF, NJ— The first day of school at Ramapo and Indian Hills High Schools is September 6— and whether you and the kids are looking forward to the new school year or are dreading the end of summer, you’ll want to mark the date on your calendar ASAP. The Ramapo Indian Hills School District has released their 2018-2019 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

Here is the full list of dates to know for this school year:

September

• 9/6: Students' First Day
• 9/10: No School (Rosh Hashanah)
• 9/19: No School (Yom Kippur)

November

• 11/8 and 11/9: No School (NJEA Convention)
• 11/21: Minimum Day
• 11/22 - 11/23: No School (Thanksgiving)

December

• 12/21: Minimum Day
• 12/24- 12/31: No School (Winter Break)

January

• 1/1: No School (New Year's Day)
• 1/21: Minimum Day

February

• 2/18-2/22: No School (Presidents' Day)

April

• 4/8-4/12: No School (Spring Break)
• 4/19: No School (Good Friday)

May

• 5/27: No School (Memorial Day)

June

• 6/20-6/21: Minimum Day
• 6/24: Minimum Day
• 6/24: Last Day of School
• 6/24: Graduation
