Report Sheds Light On Food Safety At MetLife Stadium
Inspectors saw cooked shrimp in a walk-in refrigerator next to cases of raw chicken and raw ground beef, according to the report.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Using bare hands to prepare food, placing cooked shrimp next to raw meat, and other food service violations at MetLife stadium were highlighted in a recent investigative report by ESPN.
According to the report, of 239 food service venues at the 82,000-seat stadium "high-level" violations were found at 63 of them, according to the report.
The alleged violations included: A customer removing cured meat cubes from a glass jar with a used spoon at a self-service station and employees using their bare hands to put unwashed oranges into a juicer.

Inspectors also saw a pan of cooked shrimp next to cases of raw chicken and raw ground beef, according to the report.
