Welcome to Future Friends, a weekly Patch column highlighting a selection of adoptable pets from around the area. This week's pets hail from Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge (RBARI): 

Smokey: A medium-sized male Australian Shepherd/Jack Russell Terrier Mix puppy.

Charlotte: A large female Shepherd/Chow Chow Mix nursing mom who just arrived at the shelter with her four pups. We will be weaning the pups and looking for a quiet adult home for Charlotte in the next few weeks.

Bailey: A medium female adult Husky/Shepherd Mix. She loves attention, loves to be walked and LOVES to run around in the yard. She would do best in a calm adult home. 

Josie: A medium young female calico cat.

Curly: A Russian Blue/Domestic Short Hair-Gray adult male cat.

If you are interested in any RBARI pet, complete their Online Adoption Application or visit the shelter during adoption hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 to 8 p.m.  Wednesdays from 12 to 4 p.m., by appointment only, and Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
