1. HomeMade Pizza
Where: HomeMade Pizza 134 East Ridgewood Ave., Ridgewood
Why Go: HomeMade Pizza, founded in Chicago, will open its doors for the first time in New Jersey. The restaurant is launching the Ridgewood store with a party complete with fresh produce giveaways and free pizza!
2. YWCA Heart Healthy Walk
Where/When: Saturday 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.; YWCA of Bergen County, 112 Oak St., Ridgewood
Why Go: This event offers participants the chance to experience the YWCA’s unique indoor “Walk-Fit” program, which starts with a warm-up to get muscles moving, followed by brisk walking combined with “walk booster” exercises to increase the calorie burn. 3. Bill Blagg: A Night of Magic
Where/When: Saturday 8 p.m.; Berrie Center, Ramapo College of New Jersey, 505 Ramapo Valley Road, Mahwah
Why Go: A Night of Magic is a Las Vegas-style family show full of grand-scale magic and illusion. Bill Blagg is breaking the mold of the typical magician with his one-of-a-kind, high-energy magic spectacular, which has been described as somewhere between Second City and David Copperfield.

4. Annual Fund Raising Rose Sale for Valentines Day
Where/When: Sunday 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Fair Lawn Fire Company #4, 14-15 Radburn Rd, Fair Lawn
Why Go: Valentine’s Day is Monday and most likely you’re going to have to purchase these flowers for somebody, so why not do it and support a great cause.

5. Lover’s Brunch at Chakra
Where/When: Sunday 12 pm to 3 pm; Chakra Restaurant 144 W Route 4 Paramus
Why Go: Avoid the crowd and celebrate this special day with a three-course brunch and a complimentary glass of champagne.
