Thursday: February Is Heart Month

1. Start the day Zen with Yoga at the at the Community Center at 9 a.m.

2. Ramapo Girls Swim team is competing in the state tournament at the Wyckoff Y at 4 p.m. 

3. Ramapo hoops go against Demarest, with the girls at home the boys away. Freshman games start at 4 p.m., junior varsity at 5:30 p.m. and varsity is at 7 p.m.

4. One in three adults have cardio vascular disease, according to the American Heart Association. February is American Heart Month.
