Wednesday: Planning Board; Library Board of Trustees Scheduled To Meet

The Wyckoff Education Association announces new scholarship opportunity for students.

1)   The Planning Board will hold its regularly scheduled meeting this evening at Wyckoff Memorial Town Hall. The board will convene a work session at 7 p.m. in the second-floor Ladderback Room, with a business session to follow at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Courtroom.The public is welcome to attend.

2)   The Library Board of Trustees will hold it’s regularly scheduled meeting this evening. The board will meet on the second floor of the library. The meeting is open to the public. 

3)   The Wyckoff Education Association announced a new scholarship opportunity for Wyckoff students this year. A fund has been established to provide two scholarships in the amount of $1200. One scholarship will be awarded to a graduating high school senior currently residing in Wyckoff and has attended school in the Wyckoff Public School District.  The second scholarship will be presented to a senior who is the child of a current Wyckoff Education Association member. Eligible applicants must be planning to attend a technical school or institute of higher learning. For more information click here.

4)   The Wyckoff Board of Education is conducting two budget and “pulse” surveys as it develops the operating budget for 2011-2012 school year. A community survey will be released mid-February and will be available online at www.wyckoffps.org. The Board is urging residents to participate in the survey to register opinions as the budget is being developed. 

5)   The YMCA is inviting interested parties to come see Laura Giannone's Cabaret Show, "Me and My Radio" at the Lakehouse 8pm on Friday Feb 11. Tickets are $10.
