The website shows the median monthly rent various widely between each of three different parts of the township.
The central part of town is the most expensive place to rent. North of Route 208 and south of the train tracks, the median monthly rent is around $1,400.

Things get cheaper on the north part of town, bordering on Waldwick and Allendale, where the median rent is $1,231, and the southern part of town, approaching Hawthorne, is only slightly less expensive at $1,204.
Maybe renters in Wyckoff should consider themselves lucky because the cost of renting takes a jump over the border to Franklin Lakes and Waldwick, which average $1,722 and $1,629 a month, respectively.
The monthly median income in the state is estimated to be between $928 and $1,071.
Median household income, according to the data, hovers around $150,000 throughout town, but climbs to $207,000 in the southern census tract.
