Winter Wonderland Is Back In Bergen County

There will be a special tree lighting at 6:30 Winter Wonderland transports visitors with its seasonally-themed activities.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — The family-friendly Winter Wonderland is back at Van Saun County Park.

There will be a special tree lighting at 6:30 p.m. tonight.

The three-and-a-half acre wonderland features giant tinsel candy canes framing the entrance, giving people the impression they've been transported to the North Pole.

There will be a massive Christmas tree and 70 trees, one for each Bergen County municipality, each of which will be decorated by residents from those towns. Each tree will be donated to each town.

The main ice rink is more than twice the size of the one featured during last year's Winter Wonderland. There is an ice rink just for kids who have never ice skated before.

There will be a carousel and train ride and kid-friendly activities and visits from Santa and Mrs. Claus.
