Wyckoff, Ramapo Indian Hills Cancel School Tuesday Amid Storm

WYCKOFF, NJ — Wyckoff Public Schools have canceled class on Tuesday as more snow is in the forecast.

The Ramapo Indian Hills Regional High School District has also canceled class, paving the way for a second consecutive snow day for the district.

The National Weather Service is forecasting heavy snow, with totals potentially reaching 14-22 inches bringing "near blizzard conditions" to much of the tri-state area into Tuesday. Read more: Nor'easter Snowfall Totals In Bergen County

Strong winds are also expected, which the NWS said could down tree limbs or power lines.

Though Gov. Phil Murphy said the "teeth" of the storm were expected Monday afternoon, snowfall and other nor'easter conditions are expected to continue into Tuesday, causing dangerous driving conditions.
