FLORHAM PARK, NJ — For New York Giants fans living in Wyckoff, rooting against the Jets just got a bit tougher, as it's reported that Wyckoff native Chris Hogan has agreed to terms with the team.

ESPN and Boston.com report that Hogan and the team reached an agreement as of Aug. 16 to bolster the team's wide receiving corps.

"He's somebody whose name has come up quite a bit," coach Adam Gase said of Hogan, according to ESPN. "He's a guy who can come in and pick up the offense very quickly. Obviously, we competed against him quite a bit. He's a good fit for us."

Hogan, who attended Ramapo High School, won two Super Bowls with the New England Patriots, but played just seven game last year with the Carolina Panthers during an injury riddled season.

He started his career with the Miami Dolphins before joining the Buffalo Bills, and then the Patriots. Now with the Jets, Hogan has been on all four AFC East teams.
