Wyckoff's Cartridge Xchange Benefits From CARES Act Funding

WYCKOFF, NJ — The federal government has sent more than $2.4 billion to companies in New Jersey for coronavirus relief efforts since Congress passed the CARES Act in March.

More than $5 million of that federal money ended up in Wyckoff with Cartridge Xchange, according to the Federal Procurement Data System. The company received multiple payments, including:

• $3,858,131.25 from the Office of Procurement Operations
• $694,350 from the Social Security Administration

Congress passed the $2 trillion Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act on March 27. In addition to direct aid to people who lost their jobs and the Paycheck Protection Program to help small businesses avoid laying off workers, the act included direct government spending for fighting the coronavirus.
