On the Night of November 6th, 2017, My son "ISAIAH DANIEL GUTIERREZ" He had just turned 23 in Oct. My son suffered from paranoid Schizophrenia. On this night my son was walking down the road when he was hit by a vehicle. This occurred on Juan Tabo and Manuel. Remember his name He is my son he was a brother, a uncle, grandson. He was loved, wanted, and missed.
On April 8th my oldest son was notified that his brother had been in the morgue since the night above. They have mad the excuse they had been trying to find his next of kin. Isaiah was released from jail that day early in the morning. he is on there file because his disorder he has been arrested a few time. they had too finger print him i'm sure once the found out his name i'm sure everything came up and what he was in jail for. which was cause he had hit me his mother. the police have all my information, and I know he has given them his grandmothers number, also the police and court house have sent court papers to the address he received hes mail at. I don't understand why they kept him so long and my family just found out. I am seeking help for justice for my son that night passer by's saw his body uncovered in the road for hours after his death. my name is Trudy Gutierrez that was my son
