County Executive McCoy held a county-wide reusable bag art contest to encourage the public to reduce our reliance on disposable paper bags and protect the environment. Students in grades three through five from throughout the county submitted their own design illustrations with corresponding slogans to raise awareness about the issue and Kylie’s design was chosen during Earth Week. Bags are free and will be distributed throughout the county.
