On January 27, Bean’s Country Store, a Queensbury deli on Ridge Road, donated trays of sandwiches for lunch. The donation, made through the 4s4Life Foundation, were brought to the facility from Bean’s employees and then handed off to Glens Falls Center Recreation Director, Marijo Natale, who was once the Slate Valley Center Recreation Director, and completed the donation. Marijo and current Slate Valley Center Recreation Director, Andrea Kelley, are good friends which made the donation smoothly.

"Thank you to Bean's, 4s4Life Foundation and to Marijo for making this all work out," said Kelley. The staff here have been such heroes, I'm so glad we can recognize them."

An excited staff couldn’t want to taste the turkey, roast beef, ham and cheese, and assorted Italian sandwiches.
