Lake George High School Seniors Give Back at Warren Center
Lake George Students Have Fun While Working in Queensbury Annual "Senior Give Back Day"

Yesterday at Warren Center on Gurney Lane in Queensbury, seniors from Lake George High School showed their years of appreciation on the fifth annual, "Senior Give Back Day". This is the one day of the year where high school seniors from Lake George High School show their appreciation to the community for all of the things that have been done for them throughout their lives. 65 seniors from the Lake George School District visited various locations throughout the community to provide community service as a heartfelt appreciation. From doing busy beautification landscaping and gardening work like cutting back or pulling weeds to serving at local soup kitchens and libraries, these great 17 and 18 year old students do it with much pleasure....and fun.

“These young ladies did such an incredible job,” said Holly Desnoyers, Recreation Director at Warren Center. “They worked hard while having fun with the water hose. Thank you also to Christina Howe, one of the teachers in the Lake George School District Ms. Lauren Varney, one student-parent who came with the students.”
