[CANCELED] New York Amber Alert For Child Abduction In Troy: Police
BREAKING: Police are seeking two suspects in connection with the alleged abduction.

Update: New York State Police say the Amber Alert out of Troy, New York has been canceled. Police did not say why the alert was canceled.

TROY, NY — Police in Troy, New York have activated the New York State AMBER Alert for a reported child abduction that occurred near Spring Avenue around 11:30 a.m. Friday. The child, Donavan Bragg, is a three month old child with blue eyes.

Police described the suspect as Amanda Rua, who is approximately 36. She has brown hair and hazel eyes, police said. Rua is 5-feet-6 inches tall and weighs about 135 pounds, police say. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, black leggings and silver shoes and possible a jean jacket. The second suspect was identified by police as Frank Bragg, 40, with short, brown hair and hazel eyes. He is about 6-feet tall and weighs around 230 pounds.
The car has been identified as a Black 4-door sedan Honda Accord with NY license plate number HRU2020.

Police believe the child is in imminent danger.
Anyone with any information on this abduction is asked to call the Troy City Police Department at (866)N Y S-AMBER or dial 911 to provide information on a report or sighting.
