LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS — Luxury condo sales have started for the towering residential building that, once complete, will be the tallest in Queens.
The 67-story Skyline Tower in Long Island City has launched sales for a selection of its 802 luxury apartments, from a $660,000 studio to a $2.3 million three-bedroom unit.
It will be the tallest residential condo building not only in Queens, but also in any of the boroughs besides Manhattan, according to a spokeswoman for the project.

The Court Square tower will have four floors of penthouse apartments, a 75-foot indoor pool and cedar-planked sauna, a pet spa and private valet parking, according to the project's website.
Designs are by Hill West architects and Whitehall Interiors, and FSA Capital and Risland are the project's developers.
