ASTORIA, QUEENS — Crescent Street is hitting new heights.
A developer has filed permits for a seven-story apartment building at 30-82 Crescent St. in Astoria, New York YIMBY reports.
The new building will have 22 apartments and a 72-foot-long backyard, according to New York YIMBY. It is located between 30th Drive and 31st Avenue, amid a row of two-story houses.

Robert Cerrone is the developer and the architecture is by Angelo Costa of the Great Neck-based firm Costa Architecture & Engineering.
