ASTORIA, QUEENS — A five-story apartment building is in the works on 27th Street in Astoria, according to plans filed with the city Department of Buildings.
Owner Flora Stetz filed plans Thursday to turn the three-story residence at 27-05 27th St. into an apartment building with 10 units, records show.
The building will include an elevator, a rooftop terrace, a backyard and a basement-level gym.
