Plans Filed For 18-Story Astoria Apartment Building
The new development is slated to go up in the Hallets Point section of Astoria, records show.

ASTORIA, QUEENS — An 18-story apartment building is in the works for the Hallets Point section of Astoria, according to plans filed this week with the NYC Department of Buildings.
Developer Solomon Feder filed permits with the agency Tuesday for a 165-unit residential building at 26-25 4th St.
The development, which will be designed by J Frankl Architects, will include more than a hundred parking spots overseen by a paid attendant, a laundry room, an exercise room and several recreation spaces, records show.

The developer filed demolition permits for the site in September 2019, according to the Department of Buildings.
