Plans Filed For Pair Of 8-Story Buildings On Astoria Waterfront
Each building is planned to include 51 apartments, according to work permits filed this week.

ASTORIA, QUEENS — Two new residential buildings are slated to go up along the Astoria waterfront, according to permits filed this week with the NYC Department of Buildings.
The planned eight-story apartment complexes will rise at 11-26 31st Dr. and 31-61 Vernon Blvd. by the Socrates Sculpture Park, records show.
Each building will include 51 apartments and will be designed by S. Wieder Architect.

Demolition permits for both properties were filed in October 2019, according to the Department of Buildings.
