As Long Island real estate prices continue to skyrocket, check out the three highest sales in Babylon from the last month.

BABYLON, NY —The median sale price on Long Island hit a record high for the third time in May. In Suffolk, the median price of a house rose to $500,000, after reaching a high just a month before. In Babylon, the three most expensive sold prices ranged from $850,000 to $583,000. Check them out below.

The south of Montauk Queen Anne Victorian was built in 1882. The six-bedroom home is full of period details, like a wraparound porch, built-in bookshelves, two fireplaces, a three-car detached garage and a master bedroom suite.

218 Woodsome Rd. sold for $800,000 on May 12.

The two-story contemporary is in Babylon Village's Blue Harbour neighborhood and has its own deeded dock. Three bedrooms, an open floor plan and a high-end kitchen are indoor perks, while the outdoor yard is also renovated.
