Bayside's North Shore Tennis & Racquet Club Sold For $12 Million
The North Shore Tennis & Racquet Club in Bayside sold for $12.25 million in May, records show.
BAYSIDE, QUEENS — The North Shore Tennis & Racquet Club in Bayside has sold for $12.25 million, real estate records show.
The Bayside Tennis Corporation sold the club to 6118 Bayside LLC on May 13, records show, though the deed was not filed publicly until May 30.
It is unclear who owns or operates the LLC, which is registered to the address 35-22 Linden Place in Flushing.

The developers who bought the property at 34-28 214th Place reportedly plan to demolish the building, according to QNS.com, which reported in December 2018 that the club was being sold.
Vested board members of the club didn't know about the plans until the contract was already drafted, QNS.com reported.
