Plans Filed For 5-Story Apartment Complex In Bayside

BAYSIDE, QUEENS — A five-story apartment complex is coming to Northern Boulevard.

Woodland Developments filed plans with the Department of Buildings on Thursday to build a 49-foot-tall apartment building at the corner of 215th Place and Northern Boulevard, records show.

The building will have 34 apartments and more than 16,000 feet of commercial space on the ground floor, according to New York YIMBY.

There will also be a bike room and indoor recreation area in the basement.
