BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN — A small batch of affordably priced apartments opened up in Bed-Stuy this month and are available to those who meet specific income requirements and don't mind a roommate or six.
Three units at 743 Lafayette Ave. will be up for grabs through NYC Housing Connect, the city's affordable housing lottery, until Oct. 25, city records show.
Two two-bedrooms cost $2,250 per month and are available to two-person households earning between $77,143 and $111,020, three-person households earning up to $124,930, four-person households earning up to $138,710 and five-person households earning up to $149,890, according to the listing.

A three-bedroom apartment costs $3,000 a month and is available to groups of between three and seven people with a combined annual income between $102,858 and $172,120, city records show.
Building amenities include a rooftop terrace and laundry room residents must pay to use.

The newly-built apartment complex stands near Lafayette and Throop avenues and is within walking distance of the Bedford-Nostrand Avenues G train station and Herbert Von King Park.
