New Yorkers hoping to live in these Park Avenue apartments need to earn between $89,000 and $172,120 to apply.

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN — New "affordable" Park Avenue apartments cost $2,600 a month and demand applicants earn no less than $89,000 a year, city records show.
Three three-bedroom units at 755 Park Ave. hit the NYC Housing Connect lottery Tuesday but will only be available to those who meet specific income requirements, city records show.
The minimum annual salary needed is $89,143 and the maximum salary allowed increases depending on household size, records show.

Groups of three can earn up to $124, 930 annually, groups of four can make up to $138,710, groups of five can bring in $149,890, groups of six can have a maximum annual salary of $160,940 and seven applicants can earn up to $172,120 every year.
