Building amenities include access to a rooftop terrace and a coin-operated laundry room, but you may need to pay an extra fee to access them, records show.
The apartments are available through the mayor's Mandatory Inclusionary Housing program, which allows developers to construct larger buildings if a percentage of the units are affordably priced.
