Three apartments at 877 Park Ave. hit the NYC Housing Connect lotto Wednesday demand applicants earn 130 percent of the area median income, city records show.
Rent costs $1,999 a month and a single person has to earn between $68,538 and $97,110 annually to qualify, a pair must bring in between $68,538 and $111,020, and a three-person household needs an annual income between $68,538 and $124,930, according to the listing.

Building amenities include rooftop access a laundry room residents must pay to use and a video intercom security system.
The four-story apartment building stands off Broadway, across the street from the Sumner Houses, and is about a three-block walk to the Flushing Avenue M and J train station.
