Bed-Stuy Grows Taller With New Upcoming 9-Story Building
A housing nonprofit called CAMBA filed plans to bring 57 apartments to the border of Bed-Stuy and Bushwick.

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN — Bed-Stuy will grow a little bit taller if a housing nonprofit follows through on plans to build a nine-story apartment building.
CAMBA Housing Ventures filed plans this week to construct a mixed-use apartment building at the corner of Hart Street and Broadway. It'll bring 57 apartments to a busy area where Bed-Stuy and Bushwick meet along the J/M/Z subway line, the plans state.
The development will be inclusionary housing. CAMBA bills itself as "affordable, supportive housing developer" which has developed projects like the Reverend Dan Ramm Residence on Crooke Avenue in Flatbush.
