BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — It still isn't cheap, but this Bed-Stuy townhome just had one of the steepest price drops of homes on the market in the neighborhood.

The Greene Avenue five-bedroom home now costs just under $4.5 million after a price reduction of $225,000. It is one of the only homes in Bed-Stuy to recently see such a large drop, according to Realtor.com.
