Do you make $107,000 a year? Congratulations, you meet the minimum household income requirements for a new housing lottery offering.

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN — A six-figure income could land you new "affordable" $3,000-a-month apartment in Bed-Stuy. In fact, don't apply if your household makes less than that.
A new affordable housing lottery offering comes with a $107,040 yearly household income requirement for apartments in a Bedford Avenue building, according to the listing.
And only households with three to seven people can apply for the $3,122-a-month apartments, the listing states.

That income requirement is 130 percent the area median income, or the typical amount of money people make in the surrounding neighborhood.
The buildings sit at Bedford and Flushing avenues, on the borders of Bed-Stuy and Williamsburg, and not far from Clinton Hill. It's a trendy area, albeit not far from neighborhoods where longtime residents have complained of displacement and a lack of "true" affordable housing.

The listing offers nine three-bedroom apartments. Applications must be sent between Thursday and April 2.
