BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN -- Developers hope to build a seven-story hotel on Patchen Avenue, city records show.

Architects filed permits on Feb. 11 to construct the 65-foot tall building at 9 Patchen Ave. near Van Buren Street and the Kosciuszko Street subway station on Broadway, Department of Building records show.

Developer Moris Yero-Shalmi bought a two-story house at the address for $500,000 in 2015 and filed for demolition permits two years later, public records show.
