BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN — It doesn't take a six-figure income to qualify for the newest batch of Bed-Stuy apartments to hit the affordable housing lottery, city records show.
Three new apartments at 366 Stockton St. went up for grabs Wednesday for households earning about 60 percent of the Area Median Income, the listing shows.
Two one-bedroom apartments cost $1,097 a month and are available to people earning between $37,612 and $44,820 or couples bringing in $37,612 and $51,240, records show.

One two-bedroom apartment costs $1,240 a month and is available to households of two, three or four people earning between $42, 515 and $64,020 a year, according to the listing.
Building amenities at the apartment building on Stockton Street, between Lewis Avenue and Broadway, include access to a rooftop terrace, virtual doorman, laundry room and elevator.

Apartments also come with dishwashers, the listing shows.
The six-story, 15-apartment complex is a block away from the Myrtle Avenue-Broadway J, M and Z train station.
New Yorkers who meet the city's income requirements have until Aug. 28 to apply.
