6 New Townhouses Coming to Clifton Place in Bed-Stuy

BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — Plans to build six new townhouse-style buildings along Clifton Place on the far west end of Bed-Stuy, near Classon Avenue, have been submitted to the NYC Department of Buildings.

The buildings will run from 113 to 123 Clifton Place.

As planned, a 20-foot-wide, multi-unit, four-story townhouse will rise on each lot, according to YIMBY. Each townhouse will be nearly identical in size and configuration.

A plan to demolish the existing one-story buildings currently occupying these spaces was approved on June 5, 2015.

A man named Cheskel Strulovitch, of 115 Clifton Place LLC, is listed as the property owner.
