Only three homes listed in the neighborhood cost less than $400,000. Here's a look at what the price-point will get you.
BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — 2021 has heated up the real estate market in Brooklyn, including in Bed-Stuy.
This week, Patch took a look at home that are available in each neighborhood for under $300,000. In Bed-Stuy, that number had to be ticked up to $400,000 given that there were no listings available below the $300,000 price-point.
At the $400,000 marker, there are three homes on the market, including this Rochester Avenue apartment for $399,000.

According to Realtor.com, the suggested lowest price-point for the neighborhood falls around $600,000, about half of its median listing price of $1.3 million. Take a look at all 37 homes that fall under $600,000, including those under the $400,000 mark here.
