BEDFORD, NY — The most expensive Bedford home to sell in 2019 was at 144 W. Patent Road in Bedford Corners. It was purchased in August for $20,475,000.

According to real estate websites, the 15,458-square-foot country estate was built in 1895 and has eight bedrooms.

It also features a designer kitchen, indoor pools, a gym and steam room.

For the horse set, there is a four-stall barn, outdoor ring and four paddocks.

Realtor.com said nearby schools are West Patent Elementary, Fox Lane Middle and Fox Lane High.
