Yippee Ki Yay, Homebuyers: Bruce Willis Selling HV Estate

BEDFORD CORNERS, NY — Actor Bruce Willis has put his northern Westchester estate on the market. He and his wife, Emma Heming, bought the two parcel property for $12 million in 2014.

Willis said the reason for the sale is because the couple is moving back to the West Coast, the Journal News said.

According to a listing on Realtor.com, the Bedford Corners estate, located on Croton Lake Road, is priced at $12,950,000 and has "breathtaking panoramic views of the Croton Reservoir and beyond."

The two tax lots encompass 22.6 acres. The property contains four separate houses, for a total of 12 bedrooms.

The gated main property has a five-bedroom 8,958-square-foot main house, with a saltwater pool, pool house and a tennis court that needs resurfacing.

Lot No. 2 has three homes, one of which is an updated antique farmhouse.

Have children? The property is served by the Bedford school district: Bedford Hills Elementary School and Fox Lane middle and high schools.

Willis is known for his role in the television series "Moonlight," as well as the "Die Hard" movie franchise. He married actress Emma Heming in 2009.
