A sign has been put up at the intersection of Little Neck Avenue and Jerusalem Avenue indicating that multiple homes are set to be built at that location.
The sign, which is provided by "Merlin of NY", lists Brian Oxer as the contact, and Patch called him for comment but got his voicemail.
According to Hempstead Town signage at the property, there will be a two-story, two-family dwelling built to go along with a detached two-car garage.
Additionally, there will be another two-story, one-family he built with an attached garage.
