Central Islip School District: 2021 – 2022 Online Registration Kindergarten Through 12th Grade

Click Parent/Community and then look for the Central Registration app
and click.  On the left hand side, you will find a list of different
tabs, scroll down to the correct grade tab and the 2021-2022 school
year.  Once you are ready, click the tab to register
your child.  You will need an email account and it’s important you know
the password.  Lastly, the program will require you to upload your
documents where indicated (similar to uploading pictures on various
social media apps many commonly use)  Please call
