Sixth grade students at Cordello Elementary School
enjoyed their Moving Up Ceremony as they drove around their school with
their families on June 18. The students were greeted by teachers and
staff members who cheered them on. Cordello Principal, Ms. Brenda
Jackson, offered the students heartfelt congratulations
as they close the elementary chapter in their education. On behalf of
the Board of Education and Administration, Superintendent of Schools,
Ms. Sharon A. Dungee, also congratulate the students and wish them well
as they begin making preparations to enter middle school in September. Joining families and staff to wish the students well were
School Board Vice President, Mrs. Michele Harriott and School Board
Member, Mr. Glenn C. Mitchell.
