The local girl who has a congenital heart condition had to rethink her wish due to COVID-19, but still got a special day this past Saturday.

CENTRAL ISLIP, NY — A 12-year-old Central Islip girl with a congenital heart recently got a special wish thanks to the local Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Before the pandemic, Kelly asked to go on a Disney Cruise. However, due to coronavirus, she had to re-think her wish.
Kelly instead got a special day on Saturday, being treated a full-fledged shopping spree thanks to the organization, where she received an iPad and an iPhone along with new bunk beds and mattresses.
