Motorcyclist Critically Injured In Crash On LIE
Police have identified the man injured in the crash Friday afternoon.
BRENTWOOD, NY — A motorcyclist was critically injured in a crash on the Long Island Expressway Friday afternoon, Suffolk police said.
Michael Griff, 52, was riding a 2015 Victory motorcycle east on the LIE when he lost control and crashed just west of the Sagtikos State Parkway in Brentwood at about 2:40 p.m.
Griff, of Coram, was transported to South Shore University Hospital in Bay Shore in critical condition.
