Woman Injured In Central Islip Shooting
The 25-year-old was inside a house when she was struck several times by gunshots early Wednesday.
CENTRAL ISLIP, NY — A woman was injured during a shooting in Central Islip early Wednesday, according to Suffolk police.
The 25-year-old woman was inside a house on East Halley Lane when she was struck several times by gunshots fired from outside the house at 12:10 a.m., police said. She was transported to a local hospital for treatment of injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
