Bill Clinton, James Patterson To Appear At Barnes & Noble

The former president and novelist have co-written a thriller.

EASTCHESTER, NY — Former President Bill Clinton along with author James Patterson will be featured in a June author event at Barnes & Noble Eastchester. They will be appearing at 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 19.

Clinton and Patterson will be celebrating the release of their new novel “The President is Missing.”

According to a New York Times review by Nicolle Wallace, who hosts “Deadline: White House” on MSNBC and was White House communications director for President George W. Bush, the thriller involves a grieving widower president who escapes the confines of the White House to embark on trying to solve a cyber-terror plot.

Clinton made headlines Monday when got defensive in an interview with NBC News’ Craig Melvin when he was asked if, in light of the #MeToo movement, he would approach the way he dealt with the Monica Lewinsky affair.

The former president said he never apologized privately to Lewinsky though he did so publicly, NBC News said.

Barnes & Noble Eastchester is located in the Vernon Hills Shopping Center, 680 White Plains Rd. in Eastchester.
