Broadway Star Preps The Chapel School’s Cast Members
Broadway Superstar Sierra Boggess Preps The Chapel School's Little Mermaid Jr. Cast Members for Creative Spring Musical!
On Tuesday, April 6, 2021, members of the cast of The Chapel School’s (TCS) Virtual Spring Musical were treated to an afternoon with Broadway’s Little Mermaid, Sierra Boggess. She shared with cast members all about getting into character and learning the wonderful score … and even gave specific pointers to some brave leads, who even took the chance to sing for her. Directors Kate Marino and George Heath found a way to creatively offer TCS students from Grades 1-8 the opportunity to safely experience music and drama amidst COVIID-19 restrictions, and Disney’s Little Mermaid Jr. was the perfect show. Remote and In-Person Learners are tightening up rehearsals as they prepare to start filming in the coming weeks, with an anticipated video Spring Musical showing in early June.
