Bronxville Says 1 Rally Attendee Has Coronavirus

Village officials urged all people who attended the march to get tested for the virus.

BRONXVILLE, NY — Town officials in the Village of Bronxville said one of the participants in a recent diversity walk has tested positive for the new coronavirus. The Bronxville Unity Walk was held Saturday, June 20.

"If you attended the march you should consider getting tested," an email message from the village advised.

The message said that village officials were made aware of the person's health status Saturday.

A website was provided where people can find a testing site.

Over the weekend, a number of positive coronavirus cases were linked to a high school graduation ceremony and parties in Chappaqua.

The outbreak has led to mandatory quarantine orders for all of those who attended the events.
